Drummer since the start of the post-lawsuit era; also drummer for Paramore and AWOLNATION. Hayden Scott has been Ghost's drummer since June 2017, when he joined for the Iron Maiden support tour. The fan community gave him the nickname 'Mountain', in reference both to his assigned element (Earth) and his imposing physical stature. Scott is a very active musician outside of Ghost, being especially known for his work with Paramore and AWOLNATION. His background in alternative rock and mainstream pop-rock bands fits the expanded musical profile Ghost adopted from the Prequelle era onward. On stage, Scott was characterized by his growing comfort as tours progressed: in the Meliora/Prequelle era he played in shoes; in the Imperatour he began taking them off during shows, throwing his drumsticks to the audience at the end of performances. He participated in the full Skeletour 2025.
